   How to get muscular chest in home
    Without dumbbell.
   
    Every person who is in the field of body building wants to get a muscular  body. And chest is the most important part to grow up for muscular body. So here simple and easy exercise to get a muscular chest in home without dumbbell.
 
Chest have three part that are :
 1. Upper chest
 2. Lower chest
 3. Middle chest
  
First exercise for upper chest is 
 

1. Incline push ups. (Reverse griped)
   Take a support of chair or anything and then do the incline push ups. Do it of 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps each. 

. Make sure that your hands should be reverse griped because you have to 
 perform reverse griped push ups.

  2 . Front raises. 
    Take the help of two brick hold them tightly and then perform. Make sure that you hold brick in your hand in upwards side. Perform same sets and same reps.
 
 Second exercise for middle chest.
 
3 . Normal push ups. 
  For our middle chest or for our inner chest as per the upper same sets and reps. 

4 . Chest fly. (Butterfly)
    Take two brick and with the help of bricks perform chest fly. This best exercise for your whole chest. Perform same sets and reps.
  Third exercise for lower chest.
  
5 . Normal incline push ups.
  Do normal incline push ups. With the help of chair or box. Do same reps and same sets. 
6 . Normal decline push ups.
  Do normal decline push ups. With the help of bow or flat bench press. Perform the same reputation.
   
These are the simple home chest workout.
Follow this routine and you will get result in your chest muscularity.
